Q: What is the Just Start Virtual Summit?
A: The Just Start Summit is an interactive experience bringing together some of our favorite speakers to share their stories, wisdom, tools, and strategies for some of our most common pain points in life. During this summit, we will explore self-care in an ever-changing world, cultivate meaningful relationships with our fellow #PashFam, and develop strategies to work smarter not harder toward our Gamechanger Goals. This summit combines workshops and panels that will provide practical resources to ensure you start the year off with clear intentionality and encourage you to take action with tools that can be applied in real-time. What will I gain from the Just Start Virtual Summit?
A: Tips, knowledge, and tools to improve relationships, live life more efficiently so you are working smarter, not harder, and resources to create better self-care systems.

Q: When and how will it take place?
A: The Just Start Summit will take place virtually via Zoom on January 22-24, 2021. Zoom link will be sent out via Eventbrite the day before the event.
- Friday, January 22nd: 4pm-8pm PST
- Saturday, January 23rd: 8am-6pm PST
- Sunday, January 24th: 9am-1pm PST
Q: What will the virtual experience look like? How long are the virtual sessions?
A: Each session will be a total of 45 minutes, with a built-in Q&A opportunity included after the main event. We’ve designed these sessions to be short and digestible to encourage continued engagement throughout the entire summit. This will be a webinar-style Zoom conference, where you can connect with moderators and fellow attendees via chat. VIP ticket holders will have access to an additional Zoom link for private networking sessions where they will be able to see and talk with others from the #PashFam.
Q: How do I purchase a ticket?
A: Tickets may be purchased through Eventbrite.
Q: What is included in my ticket?
A: General Admission includes:
- Access to 3 days of live, real-time workshops and panels happening via Zoom.
- Lifetime access to workshop recordings. Tune in later to workshops/panels you can’t catch live, then rewatch them any time!
VIP Admission includes:
- Access to 3 days of live, real-time workshops and panels happening via Zoom.

- Special opportunities to intimately network with some of your #PashFam community throughout the summit.
- $25 voucher to use on the Passion Planner website (So really, you are paying the exact same price as you would for general admission, and getting all these extra perks!)
Q: Am I still able to take advantage of the Early Bird pricing even after it has passed?
A: Unfortunately, we will not be honoring the Early Bird promotion after the promotion ends on January 5, 2020.
Q: What if I want to buy multiple tickets in one order?
A: Currently, our tickets are set up to only allow one ticket per order because each order needs it's own email address for attendees to get the link to the zoom, any notifications about the event, as well as ensure all attendees receive the recordings after the event.
Q: How does the Pay What You Can ticket work?
A: We are offering a limited number of donation-based tickets that are only for people who cannot afford the event at the ticket price. We are committed to being inclusive and doing our best to help the community as best we can. This is operating on the honor system.
Q: When will I receive instructions on how to attend?
A: You will receive instructions via email on how to attend the event the day before the event.
Q: What if I’m late to a workshop/panel? Can I leave and come back?
A: Don’t worry! If you arrive late to a session or would like to leave and come back, our moderators will be monitoring the Zoom participants all day. Just re-enter the Zoom Waiting Room, and they will let you back in.
Q: Do summit goers need to download Zoom to participate or can they access it on their browser?
A: Yes, all attendees will need to download Zoom on their device before attending the summit. There are free versions that will work with our platform.
Q: Why are there multiple VIP ticket groups?
A: VIP ticket holders will be given a private secondary Zoom link for their networking session (sent the day before the event via Eventbrite). Only 100 people max are allowed per Zoom link, so we will create a new Zoom link for every 100 VIP tickets sold in order to accommodate all VIP ticket holders. Creating VIP ticket groups helps us manage and track VIP tickets. VIP ticket groups all receive the same perks.
Q: What’s the cancellation policy?
A: Full refunds (minus processing fees) may be requested for cancellations made up to 1 day after the event. You are 100% guaranteed to be satisfied with the event and get your money’s worth! If you cancel a VIP ticket, the same refund policy applies, and you will lose access to the summit recordings and $25 Passion Planner voucher.
