    I ordered by Passion Planner on November 28, 2020 and now January 4th, 2021 and still have not received it.  Wish there was a contact number to call and actually talk to someone to find out the status -- very disappointing I have been using Passion Planner for 3 years now.  You can reach me at donnasmith2910@gmail.com

    Placed my order on 1/2/21. Payment was taken from my bank on 1/4/21. Label was created for my package on 1/6/21. No changes in 9 days. Package never given to UPS. 

    Would love a refund but the website says they cannot do so if the order was processed.

    I am really beginning to think this whole site is a scam! Their "apology" explanation stays exactly the same with a new date.
