How do I get free shipping?

Orders eligible for free shipping:

• U.S. Domestic shipping only
• Product total (before tax) must be equal to or greater than $75.00 USD.
• Orders are limited to up to 19 items maximum.

Restrictions:

• The value of a Gift Certificate will be excluded from the $75 minimum towards free shipping.
• Orders with a quantity of 20 or more planners in the cart are not eligible for free shipping. To order a quantity of 20 or more, please refer to Passion Planner Bulk Order.

Additional Information:

• Your order will ship after all the items included are available to ship, including pre-order items.
• Orders shipping to multiple addresses within one order are ineligible for free shipping.
• Depending on the shipping method selected, with free shipping, your order will be delivered within:
  • USPS: 3 - 5 business days
  • UPS: 5 - 7 business days

Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's free shipping eligibility.

• You can ship to one U.S. delivery address in the 50 states only.
• You can ship to APO/FPO addresses only when they have a U.S. zip code.
