For fulfillment purposes, we can not modify orders once they are placed. If you still want to change your shipping address, we recommend canceling your order and placing another order with the correct information. Unfortunately, if your order ships before we can cancel your order, we are unable to stop the shipment. We'd recommend reaching out to the shipping courier you selected at check-out to potentially forward your package to the correct shipping address.
We also highly recommend creating an account on our website if you have not done so yet! That way you don’t have to worry about inputting the wrong information for future purchases.
Canceling an order
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may request to cancel your order by filling out our support form.
Please select "Cancel My Order" under "Ticket Category." You will be asked to include your order number and read through the terms and conditions of the cancelation. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request before your order ships out.
My order has shipped
