We understand that sometimes you may forget to add a referral code or discount code to your order to take advantage of a discount or sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively apply referral codes and discount codes to orders. In this event, the best course of action would be to cancel your order if it hasn't shipped yet.
It is important to note that we can't apply a discount code to your order if the promotion has expired. Discounts are only valid during the times that are specified in the promotion's terms.
Canceling an order (the order hasn't shipped)
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may request to cancel your order by filling out our support form.
Please select "Cancel My Order" under "Ticket Category." You will be asked to include your order number and read through the terms and conditions of the cancelation.
