We understand that sometimes you forget to include an item on your recent purchase. For security purposes, we cannot change the items in the order once it has already been placed. Instead, we recommend immediately canceling your order and placing a new order for the products you wish to purchase.
Canceling an order (the order hasn't shipped)
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may request to cancel your order by filling out our support form.
Please select "Cancel My Order" under "Ticket Category." You will be asked to include your order number and read through the terms and conditions of the cancelation.
