We understand that sometimes you will need to cancel your order. If you made a mistake or forgot an item on your recent purchase, canceling your order and repurchasing is the fastest way to solve the issue!
Canceling an order is possible only if it hasn't yet begun processing and/or hasn't shipped. If your order has begun processing and/or has shipped, we will be unable to cancel the purchase. In the event that you receive the order and are not satisfied, we will stand by our Passion Planner Promise: a refund for the product(s) — no questions.
Canceling an order (the order hasn't shipped)
If your order hasn't begun processing yet, you may request to cancel your order by filling out our support form.
Please select "Cancel My Order" under "Ticket Category." You will be asked to include your order number and read through the terms and conditions of the cancelation.
Passion Planner Promise (the order has shipped)
In the event that your order has already begun processing and/or shipped, you must wait until you receive your package in order to apply for a refund. Once you receive the order and are not satisfied, we will stand by our Passion Planner Promise: a refund for the product(s) — no questions. Simply fill out the same support form!
Please select "Passion Planner Promise (Returns)" under "Ticket Category." You will be asked to include your order number and read through the terms and conditions of the Passion Planner Promise.
